Matching Membership Fund!
Dog Museum Memberships help support Paws For Reading Program
Through the generosity of the Ann A. H. Warner estate, the Dog Museum is able to match new and renewing memberships at 100% up to $100 to help with specialized training of support dogs used in reading programs for children and young adults. St. Louis Support Dogs Paws For Reading Program utilizes volunteers from TOUCH (Therapy of Unique Canine Helpers) to assist in reading programs in various classroom and library settings. Paws For Reading Program teams must complete six weeks of TOUCH training and receive an endorsement from St. Louis Support Dogs to be certified and participate in the Paws For Reading Program.
Paws For Reading Program currently serves more than eight thousand children, ages five through twelve.
